Installing the Practice Files
Your Word 97 book comes with a practice disk (inside the back cover).
This disk contains the practice files that you'll use to work on the
exercises described in the book.
These practice files are installed on the
computers in the computer lab, for you to practice. (Remember that while working
on the campus computers you will have to save any work on your diskette!)
Those of you who are planning on using your home computer to practice, please
note that you have to install these files on your computer. Please refer to
pages xxi through xxiv on simple instructions about installing and
using these files.
